Paxten originally started the mullet because he did not like to wear costumes/anything on his head. He still doesn't want to wear anything on his head because he was born with plagiocephaly and had to wear a cranial helmet for 3 months. Ever since then, he won't even wear a hat so he decided to grow his hair out into a mullet so he could be like Joe Dirt!
