You can sign up as well to get reminders from the pop up on your screen when you visit the page you are interested in (prior to kicking off a contest).

Hang tight… Our team reviews each and every submission and we have to check your photos and bio to make sure it meets our rules and regulations. Normally you will see your mullet profile appear within the last week of registration. If your profile wasn’t approved we will contact you directly.

Once voting opens up on our website you can simply click vote on each contestants page and vote for multiple contestants once every 24 hours.

If you would like to promote a contestant, you can copy/paste the URL link across your social media and text it out to people to help vote for you.

Yes we have a select number of events that are “Live/In Person” and you can find those out under the “Events” tab in the navigation menu at the top of the page. Go to “In-Person Contests”.

**Please note these are 18+ or 21+ due to the venue and we do not do Kids contests Live.

In 2023 we developed a weighted system that takes into account fan voting, fundraising and judging. Each carries a weight that is combined into a total score.

Fan voting will take place over a series of days and rounds in some cases (based on number of entries). All voting is done through www.mulletchamp.com

Judging will take place from our panel of judges during the contest and will only take place at later rounds.

Each category (Femullet, Kids, Teens, Men’s Open and 55+) will receive a cash prize and also prize packages from our sponsors. Each winner of their category will receive the exclusive USA Mullet Championships trophy.  This is much more than just bragging rights… you are part of a small group that can say you have the best Mullet in all of the land!
