Hoyts mullet came to be after a miss understanding between a mother and father.
Hoyt was in need of a hair cut. Dad was taking him, but wanted input from mom as to how it should be cut.
Mom sent dad cute boy hair cuts but also said “I don’t want to cut off his curls”.
So dad took that and Hoyt came home with a mullet!
