Franco has been a Mullet owner since his early days of babyhood. His father is a Mullet admirer and former Mullet owner. His mother is a barber and Mullet encourager.
Travesty hit the family, regrettably, when Franco's mother thought it would be appropriate to cut his glorious mullet at the tender age of 18 months. Fortunately, lessons were learned and his majestic Mullet made its triumphant return. It has since earned the title of El Piquito de Oro.
Franco enjoys the attention he gets from his lucious locks and if you happen to catch him at the right time and in the right mood he might even shake his Mullet.
Catch Franco playing in the sand at Imperial Beach, San Diego, playing baseball with his cousins and riding his tricycle or scooter around the neighborhood while El Piquito de Oro blows in the wind.
