Growing up in, on, and around the waters of Sarasota, FL, Midnight Pass has always been my favorite place to kick back, soak up the sun, and let my glorious mane flow like a majestic sea creature.
Now, this year, Florida got slapped around by hurricanes like a piñata at a toddler's birthday party. But every storm cloud has a silver lining—because those wild winds and waves reopened the pass that had been shut down for over 40 years. And now?
