In Doniphan, Missouri, population 1,798 and climbing only when the carnival rolls through, there were two things everyone respected: the Current River and a properly maintained mullet.
At just eleven years old, Brogan had already earned a reputation. Not because he was particularly smart (he once tried to microwave a Capri Sun), or fast (he came in 7th in a three-man footrace), but because he was the youngest kid in Ripley County to grow a mullet that made grown men salute.
It wasn’t just any mullet- it was the All American Mullet.
Business in the front? Cropped with the precision of a marine corps recruit. Party in the back? A flowing mane so majestic bald eagles tried to nest in it.
