My faux hawk has been growing on me for a few years, but it wasn’t until I saw a guy on the internet with a rat-tail faux hawk that I decided to really try to let it grow out and achieve the style. As the hair grew, I started to get a little more creative. I decided to grow the back of it out to a mullet, so I could flare the rat-tail out from the front or pull it back. One Night gaming with a few friends I came up with the name “Peacock” because I can flare it out to the sides or pull it back like a peacocks tail.
